Arjun Mazumdar is a junior at the Bronx High School of Science. He conducted his research project with the guidance of his school advisor Dr. Shapovalov. Arjun was fascinated by the spread of fake news on social media, and wanted to study how misinformed people perpetuated false narratives on social media echo chambers.

When he's not running data through python analysis, he likes to read books, write and produce original music, and spend time with his family. He lives with his mom, dad and dog in Brooklyn, New York City.
